Q. What happens to my laptop once it arrives at your recycling facility?
A. This is answered on our recycling process page.
Q. How many laptops can I send in?
A. Any quantity is accepted.
Q. Are you really zero landfill?
A. Yes.
Q. What if my laptop is broken?
A. We will still take it.
Q. What happens to data on the computer?
A. We erase any data on the laptop. We do not offer any certifications or guarantees on data, but we do erase it and it wil like (99.999%) never be seen again. We have no interest or time to look at data. If the data is vital simply remove your hard drive before sending your laptop in.
Q. Do you accept desktop computers, towers, monitors or anything else?
A. No. You should still properly dispose of it though. Visit our "recycling other stuff" page for more information.
